 This year, The Crimson Cake will be offering gingerbread house decorating classes during the first and second weeks  of December.

Kids Workshop

Thursday, December 1st 

Friday, December 2nd

$75 includes:

-Preassembled gingerbread house

-Decorating materials

-Instruction for one child (parent must accompany younger children)

 The decorated house can last through to Christmas as a display of your child's artwork or they are delicious for nibbling on!

Adult Class

Thursday and Friday December 8th and 9th

2 Day Class

$250 includes:

-Pre-baked gingerbread house pieces

-Decorating materials

-Lighting

-Instruction

Day 1:  

-You will affix lighting and assemble houses. 

-We will discuss templates, assorted decoration materials and different decorating techniques.

-You will be creating pre-made fondant decorations.   

Day 2: 

-You will learn and practice piping techniques for classy looking gingerbread houses.

-You will decorate house using fondant, candy, cereal etc.

You will take home a lit, gingerbread mansion that will serves as a fantastic Christmas centerpiece through December.
